Score! has more than 150 after school educational
centers for kids. This subsidiary of Kaplan Educational
Centers, is growing rapidly. DesignMind developed the
web-based application, Score Operating System (SOS),
that manages “Personal Training”, scheduling,
and administration at all Score! Centers nationwide.
This application has the following major capabilities:
- Membership Management: All aspects of memberships
are tracked, including members, leads, family relationships,
and enrollments are entered into SOS, and are immediately
available to all Score! employees.
- Education Management: Score's members take
a series of tests. SOS will take the test results
and create customized lesson plans for each member.
Progress along these lesson plans will be tracked,
allowing Score's Personal Training Instructors to
provide the best possible training to members.
