Mark Ginnebaugh is a well-known leader in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley technical community. Through his leadership of the San Francisco and Silicon Valley Data Platform User Groups, and the Bay Area Microsoft BI User Group, he plays a pivotal role in providing learning and networking opportunities to software and business professionals. He’s a former aerospace engineer who earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Mark is one of 150 Microsoft Regional Directors worldwide, and is a six-time MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for the Microsoft Data Platform.
Bob leads our Solutions Architecture team, helping design and build world class data-related systems. His expertise includes Microsoft SQL Server BI tools, Power BI, and Azure-based database services. His team develops Proofs of Concept, Pilots, and highly scalable production systems. He attended Purdue University in Engineering Science and University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

Mark helps data-driven businesses achieve their strategic and growth initiatives by providing technical leadership and project resources to turn their data into useful insights. He liasions with DesignMind’s technical partners to make sure our clients receive the latest technical updates and offers. Some of Mark’s recent projects include Power BI Implementation/Migration, Global Power BI Deployment, Tableau Development, and Build Data Pipeline, Frameworks and Processes using Hadoop. Before joining DesignMind, he launched Robert Half Technology’s Salaried Professional Services practice in SF.
Patty specializes in digital marketing, and has held corporate communications positions at Charles Schwab, Cisco Systems, Fremont Group, and Wells Fargo. At DesignMind, she directs marketing strategy, email marketing, PR, and social media operations. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds an MBA from Tulane University.
